The Challenge

The project ensured minimal disruption to the clients as they comfortably remained in the house throughout the works. This necessitated a phased approach to the renovation.

The Doherty Solution

This private domestic project involved a phased extension, alteration, and adaptation spread over 10 months. The works addressed various areas of the property, including:

  • Utility room: Refurbished and refitted
  • Garage: New automatic door installed in a reduced opening
  • Entrance: New front porch added
  • Loft: Two new dormer windows added and two existing dormers refurbished
  • Roof: Various elements repaired and replaced
  • Garden room: Remodelled
  • Doors and windows: New aluminium bifold doors and windows installed
  • Internal: Structural alterations, plumbing and heating adaptations, electrical alterations, and floor finishes
