Here's how we achieve it.
Brendan is your primary point of contact. From the initial inquiry, he'll engage with you directly, meeting as many times as is necessary to understand the specifications, work up design proposals, and arrive at a completed design.
As referred to above we are able to recommend designers that we have worked with extensively to cover all disciplines. We can also work on designs that have been produced prior to our involvement.
As your unique design develops, we'll provide detailed budget costs, which allow you to fine-tune the design and ensure your budgetary requirements are met/agreed upon prior to work commencing on site.
During the project build, our Contracts Manager will make daily visits to check the progress and quality of work, and provides an opportunity for any potential changes to be discussed and agreed.
In terms of payment, you'll receive regular detailed valuations to approve before any invoices are raised. So you, our clients, can agree interim costs prior to invoices being raised.
We will produce detailed snag lists and invite your input in terms of developing these lists and closing out any issues identified.
