Removing the existing rear wall of the house to the ground floor whilst supporting the first floor and ensuring the kitchen was live and useable for the duration of the works.
We added a large extension with 50sqm of floor area, a complete folding glass wall to the rear elevation of the extension, forming a new 4.2m wide opening on the rear of the existing property which resulted in an open plan area with a total floor space of 79sqm.
The client was so delighted with their home extension and property improvements, they commissioned us to landscape the front of the property.
